FAQ Kentucky Home Inspection LLC
Three very important areas...how safe are they and what condition are they in?
|
What is a home inspection?
- A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of
some combination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing or
structural systems of the dwelling.
What is an inspection report?
- An inspection report describes and identifies the inspected
systems, structures, and components of the dwelling.
Inspection reports may also contain recommendations
regarding conditions reported or recommendations for
correction, monitoring, or evaluation by professionals.
May I be present when an inspection is being performed?
- Certainly! We strongly recommend that the client be present if
possible to ask any questions or address any concerts about
the property. This is also a good time to learn where all
switches, breakers, and shut offs are located.
How long does a Home Inspection take?
- A normal inspection takes an average of three to four hours for
the typical sized home. The older the home, the larger in size,
and the more you and I talk about the house, the longer the
inspection will take. I am available to stay as long as you need
me to answer any questions you may have. Remember, I work
for you!
Can I contact you after the inspection in regards to questions about
the property?
- Certainly! You may contact me at any time with questions or
concerns about the property.
How much notice do you need for an inspection and what are your
hours?
- I will perform the inspection as soon as possible, usually
within two to three days. We are available to inspect your
property seven days a week!
